O.C.G.A Title 40 -6-15 sets out 7 different offenses that are considered serious enough to be placed into this category. They are:
Reckless Driving- 40-6-390.
Driving Under the Influence - 40-6-391
Homicide by Vehicle - 40-6-393
Feticide by Vehicle - 40-6-393.
Serious Injury by Vehicle - 40-6-394
Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer - 40-6-395
